I, Patrick Clark, the Chief Executive of the Town of Lindley in accordance with a declaration of a State of Emergency issued on Saturday, September 22nd 2018 and pursuant to Section 24 of the New York State Executive Law, do hereby order All Town roads should be considered hazardous at this time and extreme caution should be used.  Reduced speed is recommended.    

This order shall take effect at 00.00 hours 10/27/18 and shall remain in effect for 5 days unless rescinded earlier by order of the Chief Executive.  This order may also be renewed in 5-day increments.

Failure to obey this order is a criminal offense, punishable by law under New York State Executive Law, Article 2-B.

  • Ryers Crk Rd from CR 73 to Johnson Rd.
