The General Election Day Ballots are available for anyone to view on the Steuben Board of Elections wesite at
steubencony.org/boe .
Absentee ballots are available HERE , at the Board of Elections and the Lindley Town Clerk office for anyone who will be out of the county on November 7th General election day.
Anyone who is permanently disabled can apply for a permanent absentee ballot.

Notice of Public
Hearing on the
Preliminary Budget of
the Town of Lindley
For the Year 2018
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that effective October 16th, 2017, the preliminary budget of the Town of
Lindley for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2018, including general town
funds, highway funds, and fire protection district funds, will be completed and
filed in the office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Lindley, 637 County Rte
115 PO Box 62, Lindley, NY 14858, where it is available for inspection by any
interested person during office hours Monday Tuesday and Wednesday from 9am to
1pm, and Thursday from 2pm to 6pm.
The Town Board of the Town of Lindley shall hold a public
hearing October 18th 2017 starting at 6:00 pm at the Lindley Town Hall on said
preliminary budget showing such changes, alterations and revisions as shall
have been made therein by the Town Board of Lindley. At such hearing, any
person may be heard in favor of or against the preliminary budget as compiled,
or for or against any item or items therein contained.
