A public hearing will be held by the LINDLEY ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS at Lindley Town Hall located at 637 Co. Rte. 115 Lindley, NY 14858, on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. to consider the following:
Area Variance Request: Mr. Paul Mortzheim is seeking an Area Variance, in accordance with Section 11.8 of the Zoning Law.  The Area Variance request is for the property located at 1747 Indian Hills Road, Lindley, NY.
The Zoning Board of Appeals will at said time and place, hear all persons in support of such application or any objections thereto.

·      Sprague Insurance- Annual savings if the Town Hall was reduced to $300K is $330/yr. Christine will attend the May meeting with annual coverage documents.
·      Post Office Lease- working on a contact/solution.
·      Payment of Uniform Contract per Jeremy with specific wording.

9.New Business
·      Invitation for Raeann Engler and Robert Wright to attend May or June TB meeting to discuss tax equalization rates and the reason we are not accepted as 100%. Need to respond with questions they can address.
·      Mark requests consideration of a heating boiler for the new building. Can we get assistance for ‘Green NY’ if we use solar?
·      Justice transition- fair pay for incoming and outgoing Justices.

Planning Board Public Hearings 4/17/2017

NOTICE: The Lindley Planning Board will hold two Public Hearings on Monday, April 17th at 7:00 pm at the Lindley Town Hall, 637 Co. Rte 115, Lindley NY 14858. The first public hearing will be to review a Conditional Use Permit Application submitted by Stateline Camping located on Maynard Rd., Tax Map# 369.08-01-021.200.  The other public hearing will be to review a Subdivision Application for James and Terry Potter on Clendenning Rd, Tax Map# 369.00-02-032.100.  All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard.
