Notice of Road Closure

The County of Steuben Public Works Department announces CR 73, River Rd, between CR 120 (Tannery Crk Rd) and CR 115, in the Town of Lindley, will be closed April 19th through April 21st from 8:00 am-3:30pm.  The road will be closed in order to replace existing pipes.  Please use existing Town and County roads as a detour.

NOTICE: The Lindley Town Audit Meeting scheduled for March 16th has been rescheduled to be held Wednesday, March 23rd at 7:00 pm at the Lindley Town Hall, 637 County Rte 115, Lindley NY 14858. Additionally, the Lindley Town Board Meeting scheduled for April 13th will be held on Wednesday, April 20th prior to the Audit Meeting on the same date, beginning at 7:00 pm at the above location.  The public is invited to attend all meetings.

Zoning Amendment Public Hearing May 4th

NOTICE: Legal Notice is Hereby Given that pursuant to Section 20 of the Municipal Home Rule Law of the State of New York, and pursuant to a resolution of the Lindley Town Board adopted March 23rd, 2016, the said Town Board will hold a Public Hearing at the Lindley Town Hall, 637 County Rte 115, Lindley NY 14858 at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, May 4th to hear all interested parties regarding the adoption of proposed Local Law #1 2016, titled "Amendments to Local Law #2, 2014: Amendments to Town of Lindley Zoning Ordinance Local Law #1, 2005."  Said hearing may be adjourned from time to time as necessary.  A vote on the proposed amendments may occur at the end of the public hearing after all interested parties have been heard. Further information, including access to a copy of said proposed Local Law, may be obtained at www.lindleytown.blogspot.com or at the Lindley Town Clerk's Office at  the above address.
