The regular meeting of the Lindley Town Planning Board was called to order at 7:00 pm by Chairperson, Mary Lentzen. Board members present included CEO, Dave Fuller, Fran Woodring, Pat Simcoe, Earl Titus, Pat Clark, and Tim Shaddock. Rich Biggio, Town Supervisor, Zoning Board of Appeals Chairman, Steve Ritter, and ZBA members Jim Adams, Josh Smith, Garrison Kollhoff, Johnathan Shaut were present. Three visitors were also present.

Minutes of the March meeting were read. A Motion to accept the minutes as read was made by Tim, seconded by Fran and passed unanimously.

Kitty Pierce, Town Historian, announced upcoming events for the Historical Society included April 28 at 7:00 pm – a presentation by Dick Pierce of his father's Post Card collection; May 22 at 2 pm, commemorating Armed Forces Day, a ceremony by the Tioga, Pennsylvania Honor Guard will be held; May 26 at 7:00 pm – Jim Lundgren will discuss his Veterans Honor Roll Board.

Rich Biggio has been approached several times about the use of jake brakes within the Town residential areas and asked if the Town had an ordinance which addressed that noise? Mary said currently there is no restriction; the Town Board must set the law and post the restriction.

A discussion began concerning the Lindley Zoning Law and the use of CUPs and Variances. Steve Ritter and Mary will prepare and submit to the Town Board a summary of this discussion and the Boards' suggestions at the May Town Board meeting.

At 8:04 pm a Motion to adjourn was made by Fran, seconded by Earl and unanimously passed.
